Where the hell are the damn pigs?!?!?!? All this talk about pigs and I don't see piggies!!!! I guess she removed them.
To be honest I think that the entire thing about offending people over pigs is stupid. Granted there's dumb fucks out there that can't even handle talk or images of piggies and doggies, but we should not encourage such stupidity by catering to them. (Eh remember that dog that had its jaw beaten off by muslim construction workers, I forget if it was indons or malays).
That being said, I think if that woman had any sense she would not have had roasted pigs, but something everyone could eat and made it inclusive, since the entire episode smacks of it being chinese only. I'm mean I'm an MP for all but when celebrating I have piggies which malays and quite a few indians wont eat.
Anyway, non issue to me. Children need to grow up at some point, you can't just keep babying them.
Yep, she removed the pictures. I find it very very irritating when Muslims freak out at the mention of or pictures of pigs. Show me where in their Al Quran does it say that it's a sin to see a picture of a pig !
The choosing of roasted pigs surely smacks of it being chinese only and I agree with you on that too. Just wanted to see if I am being weird compared to other's opinion.
