So Telekom Malaysia's/TMNet's excuse for shitty service is that 13% of users are hogging 73% of all bandwidth thus establishing that their bullshit service is the fault of the customers!!!
Oh them evil P2P users.
So we pay for a 1mbps connection, we pay for UNLIMITED ACCESS, we pay them close to a hundred bucks each month. We get 700kbps on a good day. TMNet blames us for their crappy service. What a bunch of fuckholes. Yes I called them fuckholes because that's what they are.
This is what happens when there's no competition. They even have the nerve to call it broadband.
I could rant, but I wont. What can we really do about it in the end? Government controlled monopolies don't care about customers or churning out a good product. We can't desert the company in droves because our wonderful protectionist policies have created a situation where there's no viable competition. Its this or live without the internet.
