Last Thursday or so( i dont remember what day) i came across a very amusing and funny report in the NST. A 17-year-old girl was charged for... no not stealing or commiting murder or such but for using ONE FREAKING SMILIE IN HER FREAKING BLOG!!!!! This joker by the name of Ambi Mohan who claimed that he was the president of the Malaysian Linguitics Assosiation Society, Malas (check out the initials) lodge a police report charging the girl for using this smilie only, :) in her blog. I seriously cant believe that someone actually lodge a report for this offence. Its no wonder the majority of Malaysians such as Ambi are PC illiterate. Come to think of it i dont think Malas actually existed in the first place (guys comment on this one). So bloggers beware. NEVER EVER USE ONE SMILIE ONLY WHEN YOU ARE BLOGGING. To be safe from the clutches of fanatic morons like Ambi use at least two smilies. And just in case you are wondering, that poor girl is now so traumatised that she doesnt want to blog anymore. And also if you are wondering why I'm using red fonts, well..... MY FREAKING WISH LA!!!! I bet that now the police are laughing their asses off. If i were to meet Ambi in person i'll tell him to GET A FREAKING LIFE!!!!!!

Ah yes MALAS, I've heard of them, though not by this acronym. They're complete morons who basically want to preserve the sanctity of Bahasa Malaysia.
Its basically a society of desperately horny men who are shunned by womenfolk. So they spend their time getting upset and hassling everyone else (you may also have heard of their sister society JAIS).
This is basically a dumbass stunt, you can't charge someone for only using one smilie, there's no offence for that, and if there ever is I think that will be the day I start seeking refugee status elsewhere. This moron is just out for publicity.
