Wow, after long holiday of more than a week, finally i m back to my lab. Honestly, i m kinda happy to return to work after so long, last Thu and Fri were a bit boring for me and i nearly came back to the office for unpaid overtime. ahahahaha, oh, btw, my lab=office. sorry for that, sometime i just mixing up the terms, but it applies to me the same. i prefer to use office ^^.
The Lady Iron Chef is good, i like Charmaine Sheh a hefty lot!!!!!!!!! i like her voice, so cute!!!!!!!!! meow. The movie itself is nothing much lar, just the actress nia, i watch movie for the actress, just like Ultraviolet, i hate the movie, but for the sake of Millia, i just had to go for it. Epic movie on the other hand is hilarious, but it did not hit my funny spot, so, it's an ok for me only.
work, work, work.........well, got a lot of report to do, so i m practically sitting in front of the pc, ahaha, can do a lil chatting when relaxing. hahaah

feels like its been ages since i blogged here.. because im so used to hogging the blog :P
anyways..today i went to Luke's place for CNY... was nice la.. but me and Joe were the only 2 sesat-ed visitors..the rest couldn't make it..
and then on my way home i got really REALLY annoyed..
its the train.. you know , when i was waiting at central there was this group of bangla punya orang.. or whatever they were.. they kept staring at me.. and after a few minutes when the train arrives i see them standing next to me.. and then my brains said "KAVI , MOVE TO A DIFFERENT CABIN" .. hahaha so i moved la.. and those buggers followed me to the other cabin okay.. like a bunch of $%^#$%#$%*&#$%&#$%..
and they kept pointing at me i seriously thought they were going to come after me once i got on the train.. and then i got scared.. hahaha..
i didn't quite know what to do at that point so i just walked out of the train..waited for them to get in..and walked off to a different cabin..
I DONT UNDERSTAND.. WHY MUST HORNY MEN TERRORISE TRaIN STATIONS?!! WHY !!

and i am by no means physically strong enough to fight anyone off in case they plan to attack me.. so usually it gets scary.. sigh this country is a dangerous place.. i should shift to Spain la..then i can get to see David Beckham :(
i don't know la.. do these horny men always stare at everybody that way or is it something about me that gives me out as an an easy target.. but still it annoys me..

Happy Chinese New Year and happy hoilidays to all!
Just finished .hack//GU/rebirth. Excelent game. Haseo's like one of my favourite game persona ever. He's just insane. Especially when he summons his avatar. Especially the first time. It's here, it's HERE, IT'S HEREEEE!!!! Kinda reminds me of... ME! Mwahahahaha! Anyway, for those who have played, which weapon you prefer, dual-blades(rapid or hold) or broad sword(rapid or hold)? Opinions on skill? I'm very bias towards TWIN MOONS. Owned Cervates with it after being PKed by him 3 times. Grrrrr! Oh yeah, technical question. What does curse do anyway? Tempted to play online games now. Cant wait for the sequel. Moving on to rogue galaxy first.
So warlock, where you at in prince of tennis. I'm all the way at the final regional match already. Anyone else found the chibi filler episodes insanely hilarious? Ha ha ha!
Saw Ghost rider already. Was kinda disapointed. The fight scenes were rather lame. Not to mention the fact that I keep thinking of tales from the crypt every time skeleton dude appears. Heh heh! Uh, oh... we are Leeeeagian, for we are maaaaaany.

Okay, Chinese New Year is just around the corner ..wishing all who celebrate it a Happy Chinese New Year !! Now cough out the red packets .. or else.
Finally managed to blog from the lab as not many people around to look over at the computer screen .. for some weird reason I can't type when people are looking over my shoulder. Weird , if we consider the fact that whatever I type is going to end up in a public domain anyway ...
OK , as far as DotA goes I've decided to set it at Saturday morning. Assuming the CyberCafes are still open ! Don't forget that there is the Chinese New Year eve dinner to compete with our DotA time. I am pretty sure SaltyPeanuts won't be able to make it at night so let's see if he can make it in the morning and we'll decide after then. If he can't make it lets just cancell. I don't want to play odd numbers with such a small group. I wont mind if it was 7 or 9 players but 2 vs 3 in DotA sucks big time.
As for the SonyStick .. I GOT IT ! DADDY BOUGHT IT FOR ME FIRST , SO I DON'T NEED TO WAIT FOR DAMN UKM TO RELEASE MY CHEQUES :). Man it really rocks .. the review will come up on the next post. I love my SonyStick :) Stick Nice (with capital N) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) At least something good happened on Valentine's day for me :)

I've given up on Malaysian politics with all the amount of hoo-haa going around. The latest joke was the "giving away a MiVi car" for those who apply for their IC to be made `-_- ... I don't think there is any other country in this world that makes a contest out of identification card (IC) applications .. weird stuff.

and im a bit upset over the fact that my sony ericsson phone isnt going to be repaired..
i have no problems sticking to the current samsung one BUT half my contacts weren't transfered to the samsung phone when i switched the sim card from the SE phone to samsung..
and then after my SE phone got EGGED , my dad brought it to the repair shop and they said it'll cost 600 bucks for repair.. like WTF..might as well get a new phone so yea, my numbers are all gone.. and all the sweet messages i've been saving for so long.. ALL GONE :(
valentine's day was fun la yesterday.. im getting closer to the Uni friends now and they seem pretty nice la.. Luke got me some teddy bear thing for Valentine's day and then i got a box of chocolates from his girlfriend.. YES it was weird..

AH..... feels a bit lazy to go out. will only be visiting some of my old pals houses only, then off i go to do something else. haha. mayb watching movie. sorta........no money also, wan to go out also sien. mayb just go somewhere cheap cheap lo.

| Happy Valentine's Day? |
haha, with ?. well, i dunno if i am really happy o not because i dun get a date. haha. She cant make it lo. sad sad. but it's ok, i indulge myself with Forbidden Siren the movie. The movie is good. Kinda my style, so i would recommend everyone to watch it. It's not really that scary but the feel when playing this kind of games really exists. Not for the weak hearted. I m going to watch One Miss Call Final and The Return soon, hahaha, i think i m going to put Ghost Rider on hold first. I just love to watch horror genre. There is this korean horror movie also 9.56 but i dun think it's in our local cinema yet here. Ah, there is this The Iron Lady Chef, hmm.....the name sounds corny, but i really like the actress, Charmaine Sheh, a very very very good TVB actress. As Sai or Siriuz and they will know who.
After watching movie, i was a bit reluctant to hang out with my other frens. But i have to give some face rite? so i just went and chill at this place for a while. haha. Oh btw, i went solo to the movie ^^ nice to go alone, u get to sit wherever u want and watch whatever u want and watch whenever u want, mwhahahahahaha. They told me i m in PMS lately, hahaha, cause i have been rather cold to them. This happen after New Year and it has been like nearly too months now. Just a snippets, i used to feel very sour at heart due to some circumstances but now when i thought i was recovering, but i still felt something or a bit of this kind of things. It's still healing but i m recovering soon, hahahaa, this is my second encounter and my first was sometime 4-5 years back. I m totally healed for my first encounter, everyone changed, matured in some way in the process. haha. I think this is a form of jelousy. It's so dangerous, u know. It's not something u feel jelous because u cant get something while others get it, but it's more like erm....admiration and envy. Or perhaps, some attention. awww......over with it. I can really whine like a girl u know. hahaha, even my frens also labelled as girly in my thinking and my lil cousin (14 years younger than me) called me sissy, hahaha. It just somehow drain a bit of my confidence away, ounce by ounce. hahaha. i m trying to build up what i have lost now.
WOw, this blog has really become my diary, haha, hope everyone can put up with me. i really feel refresh after i blog here and i can conduct my word peacefully now. ohohoohoh. The other thing i would do is to stare blankly into the vast sky. It feels like the sky is sucking all my thoughts away and i really feel relaxed. CNY is approaching and i dun think i have the time to do all the things i wanted to do like swimming. ah, maybe i just stay cooped up and play games in my lil den. |

Today, we are busy cleaning our work place. A tiring time, imagine we had to scrub the tiles almost one by one. but everything turned out great, everything looks so fresh and new again. our hard works were paid off. by the way, i still have some cleaning to do, but i prefer sit down for a while and post somethign here as i just had my lunch. It's time for some relaxation.
Anyway, time flies by so quickly, it was like yesterday that i had this new year mood. I wish i have extra cash so that i can do the things i always wanted to do.
I got nothing new to mention on the games section ^^.

Ok people, the blog has been forced to move to the new GoogleMail-Blogger account. I am sorry for the trouble but you have to get a Google Mail address and then use it as your log-in name. If you allready have one you can use it to log into Blogger too. I wouldn't have moved it but Blogger practically forced me to do it so there we have it ... I am sure after the discomfort of your first time everything will be smooth again (snicker).
Sorry for dissapearing for so long. Been a bit busy with finishing Xenosaga 3, watching The Prince Of Tennis, training for DotA and of course my dreaded lab/thesis work. Chinese New Year is just around the corner so remember to get nice bright red coloured clothings with ample space for all the red angpau packets :) , don't forget the poor Warlock who probably won't get any because he looks so 'uncle'ish nowadays and channel some funds this way.
 Been thinking long about getting an MP3 player cause it just sucks to listen to the radio in the lab (I can't stand the Malay radio stations - I feel that their choice of songs suck) and stare out of the window in the bus. After long consideration of cost vs looks vs battery life and the whole shabang I have decided to get the Sony NW-S203F/B also lovingly named by me as the Sony Stick since that is what it looks like (well, I can say Cigar but images of Bill Clinton tends to pop into my head when I do , so it's the stick). I want my SonyStick . . I wan't it back .. but the problem is that it'll cost me a cool RM 499.00. I know it is more expensive than most other mp3 players in the market that aren't IPod but what the hell I just like the rugged look and the functions. It's water resistant so being the sweat tank that I am I don't need to worry about going jogging with it :) . With the amount of mass I've been adding (read : putting on weight) having a calorie counter and pedometer will be a good motivator and a way to keep count of the amount of exercise I'm getting. It's made of aluminun and not plastic so that is a plus too. So it's gonna be the Sony Stick ! Sigh, now if only the damn university will approve and release my cheque quickly ..... Well, wish me luck !

Ahh..........the beauty of life, will i ever experience it? My definition may be very different from everyone's beautiful life, i reckon every single human in this world has their own definition to this. My beautiful like is more towards the emotional and phsycological path. haha when i see some place nice like greenaries and field of flowers, this is the beauty of life, or more like the beauty of mother earth. of coz, there will be some other beautiful things like beautiful bonding, beautiful frenship, beautiful relationship, beautiful this and beautiful that.
Gaming is a part of my beautiful life. I get to see so many beautiful scenaries (virtual one), haha, especially the cities and towns in the games. It's so nice, coupled with some peaceful soundtracks.
On gaming, I played Rogue Galaxy up to 15 hours now and i just found the dvd is corrupted. arg...........the game just froze up when i reach certain part of the storyline, skipping movies wont do any good. Now Rogue Galaxy no stock aiyo. But i put my time to good use by palying the remake of Tales of Destiny. It's really good, Sai should love this since he likes Tales series. Sai, buy and play this game, er........Japanese one lo, my chinese character not good, but at least i can read and understand katakana, it's just an english term which is translated to japanese.
Now i m partially in holiday mood, as everyone knows that cny is here soon. i still need to get some more accessories. hmm....but i still like to shop for this in kl, plenty around everywhere.
I just had a not so fun meeting with my frens the other night. I just dunno what went into me, it used to be so fun hanging around and chatting, but it did not seem so that night . i was rather quiet that night and erm........my mind was wandering somewhere else. cant seem to focus what there were saying, haha. i guess i have if not fully, almost entirely revert back to my old self. That is a good thing at least i dun have too many things to worry about. and i can do ALL I WANT. i m being rebellious now. It's good they dont come to read my post here eventhough they know the existent of this blog. it would be better if they can read it, save time for me to explain. ahhh, how i wish i can work in Japan, sigh.........i feel like leaving this country and travel elsewhere. start life anew in a new place. sounds like i m trying to escape the reality and the harshness of this world, including abandoning the problems i have been facing. But that might just do the trick. going to old places will make u reminisce of the hurtful and painful past. get over it? yes i had. but when feelings are too strong for something, it's not going to be easy to fully get over it.
From now and onwards, i will try to take any oppurtunities to make money, of course in a legal way. I have a dream, that is to have my second home in Japan. i hope i can achieve it in a decade probably, hopefully.

well its usually left on because im downloading One Tree Hill season 3..
and i've already got a truckload of homework.. grrr..

Greetings everyone!
Been missing in action for quite some time. Heh!
First thing’s first, an update on what's goin on around here.
Been busy with exams lately. Not your usual writen exams, but oral exams. More like interogations to me. As hot as this country is, the interogation booths seems eerily cold. Hmm.....
Going for my first operation next week. Real eager to cut people up .Heh heh!
Watched a few good series. House is really good. Very technical. Kinda like CSI. And then there's heroes. Kinda like x-men. Highly recommended.
Currently watching prince of tennis. man is it long. 182 episodes. Phew! Doesn't seem like i'm gonna finish it anytime soon. Saw death note aswell. Absolutely love it. Its right up there with all the other dark animes which I love so much. (hellsing, soul taker, project arms, basilisk,.... etc). Haven't finished though. The episodes not complete here. Damn!
Just finished grandia 3. Quite interesting. Much better than valkyrie profile 2. Didn't really like that one. Gameplay wasn't quite my style. Still, among all the recent games, xenosaga 3 still rules. Thinking of trying .hack after grandia. Haven't played any of the .hack games before. Will jumping straight to the latest one spoil anything for me?
A few days back, I went on a random visit to a book fair. Got a huge suprise. It seems there was a cosplay competition being held there. My very first live cosplay event. It was absolutely hillarious. Had many famous characters. Highlights are as follows...... sasuke and sakura(lesbian partners), inuyasha and kagome (inu got drugged), sailormoon (oversized & miniture version), the whole cast of sakura card captor (winged guy kinda cool), aburame shino(close range combat performence.....cool), kira yamato from gundam seed(ballet dancing idiot.... no kidding), and my personal favourite..... Rinoa(one word... beautiful). Heh heh! Too bad she was kinda underaged though. Almost none of the potrayed characters seem even remotely close to the original. Hence the hillarious part of the whole event. Heh! Anyway, all in all, it was quite an experience.

Lurve is in the air. The date is approaching soon, to be precise, next Wednesday. To get a date, it's hard enough. Ewww......my heart is beating wildly just thinking about next Wednesday. Haha. I havent called yet, but i think i can expect what kind of answer she will give. In fact, she told me that she wont be in for CNY and she is rather busy now, with a small magnitude of family excursions and such. Guess if worse comes to worst, i will be sticking with the guys this Wednesday (this they understand). Doing what? I dunno wo, mayb just sit down drinking, smoking and lamenting why we cant get a date. Worry not, i will try my very best. Ganbatte ne. Taihenjanai. Warlock, i should fix u up with Menax ler, bwhahahah, wait, later i think of something. /gg
CNY is just around the corner, next sunday. I m now partially (actually 80%) in holiday mood. I have some experiment to folo up. I guess i wont be starting any new experiments for the time being for i dun wan to risk coming back for the folo up during CNY. Too bad i have overbudget this month or else i can get a nice vacation somewhere. Speaking of the festival, i kinda feel scared also. The reason is simple. FOOD!!! I just scared that i cant control myself when it comes to all da cookies and cakes. The best would be the dried pork which is super oily. On drinks, i dun have to worry too much, there are always choices like Cola Light, Pepsi Max or 7 up h20. These are all purpotedly to contain less than 1 kcal or 0 kcal drinks. Can anyone tell me if there is such word for food phobia? hmm.......i dun think i m the first person to be afraid of food, rite?
FYI, usually i m all lazy to post anything at home. my mind is clearer when i m posting now, in da lab, usually when i m waiting for the completion of the experiments, sorta. I m very hungry now. I just saw a new cafe opened just a block away from my lab, will be going there, hope the price is good and the food is good, i dun wan to put this new cafe in my blacklist. |

Ah, miss the blog. Havent been able to post anything for the past 2 days cause i m not in Kch. Outstation jor. It's quite fun to go outstation once in a while. Actually i went to one of the plantations in Sibu. And i developed this phobia for Sibu, not because of the way of living, but mainly because of the FOOD. Yes the food is really good and most importantly, CHEAP! ok, this is what me and my collegues ate (3 of us, among the 3 of us, one just ate a tiny weeny bit). We ordered 4 dishes; Buttered fish fillet, Pai kuk ong (direct translation pork rib king), Bilin in red wine (something like paku pakis thing cooked with red wine) and tofu soup with cockles, and a drink for each of us. The dishes can acutally fill 4 people's stomach, and every share is very filling. When it came to pay the bill, i was very shocked to find it extremely cheap, just RM23.50!! in Kch here, all those dishes will cost a hefty RM40 or the cheapest including drinks. That's y, i fear to go to Sibu now, because of the food. It's just really good, no denial, and i m the kind of person who always go around trying food and blacklist food galleries, cafes or restaurant. By judging the food, i mean i look at the quality of the food, next will be the portion then comes the price and lastly i will judge on the environment and the cosiness of the outlet. And i dun like places where everything is so lousy and the services is just too slow. no good. i wont give chance.
Back to the topic. I m hoping to get Xbox 360. Now, the price for one in Kch is about RM1700. somemore, we can already play cetak rompak games. From what i heard yesterday from my fren who is a more game freak than me, he told me that they just modify something on the tray, not the modchip and can direct read cetak rompak disc liao. no modification of the mode chips. There are plenty of good games which i like for example 99 nights and Dead rising.
Ah, just wan to brag a bit heheh, i got a copy of cetak rompak Rouge Galaxy already yesterday. i think i like DQ8 graphic better. So far, erm.......i just like the movies. i just started for few hours, so there are much to be unveiled. cant comment anything more for now.

after passing the road test i thought i could conquer anything.. hahahahaha okayy seriously my examiner was a pain..
when i got into the car itself she was like "signal light dan wiper tak payah check. pergi saja"
then i was a bit lost as to whether i should listen to her.. and prior to getting into the car i forgot to look at the mark sheet so i didn't even know what i was going to be judged on..
then i remembered my friends telling me not to listen to the examiners when they ask you not to do stuff.. so erm.. yea i checked everything and the examiner mumbled "sudah kata tak payah check masih nak degil" .. well duh ,its in the rules la biatch..

i dont know if these people are just doing this at their own whimps and fancies or it is just to train us up to drive under pressure.. i checked around with the other friends.. none of them had an examiner that yelled at them to beat the lights..
i was a bit put off la.. shit.. just typing this is making me angry..
if you were there you would have agreed that she sounded like a bulldog with carrots up its ass..
and finally when i was driving back to the circuit ,she said "so kamu pergi kolej atau sekolah?"
and then i thought "wait.. does she want me to bribe?" HAHAHAHA .. yeala she was suddenly being nice.. for one pathetic minute.. and talked to me about my family and stuff.. :S
and when i got down she gave me the mark sheet and i noticed the things she asked me not to do were actually stuff i had to do to get marks.. okay i guess it was worth afterall..
okay then yadayadayayda and i failed bukit because the car went backward.. sigh next week i'd have to go back again.. :( lucky this whole road test thing is over.. cannot imagine failing after all the yelling i got..
i've got to go get stuff ready for tomorrow..apparently the seniors from Taylor's have organised some rip off of The Amazing Race for us Uni Juniors tomorrow.. -.-

they had this english listening crap and i tell you it was so hard to differenciate the words la.. i was pretty lost and just tembak most of the questions.. and looked around, to see most of the students dozzing off on their seats..
okay..another talk.. "yada yada yada...yada yadaaaaydaaaa.... i have no life thats why im here giving you a talk on how to use the bloody library yadaaaa yadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" and then i smsed warlock for a bit to kill some of the boredom..
and then i tried amusing myself with some games on my handphone but im still new to the Samsung phone so i wasn't sure how to mute the game sound.. AND THEN the outrageous background sound for Tetris came on and people gave me the "woi babi" look.. :P
tomorrow's my driving test .. im really hoping i pass it la i need to start driving soon.. i think when classes finish at 6 the last thing i need is to take a train filled with crap horny men..
okay i could go on ranting but im very exhausted..

| Digital Devil Saga |
So, everytime I think there's hope for me to go back to having a normal social life, a game gets popped into my Playstation 2 to totally crush that hope. Its not so bad I guess, since my fiancee is far far away the going out part usually involves hanging out with people and complaining or listening to them complain about work, an activity that becomes tedious a lot faster than you would think.
So now I'm playing Shin Megami Tensei's Digital Devil Saga or DDS. I've been a fan of SMT's games since I played Persona on the old Playstation and got my ass handed to me repeatedly in Nocturne. Let me take time out to say that Nocturne was so impossible hard that I gave up, its like you can get killed just like that in a regular random battle.
DDS is a beautiful game (and dare I say it, also better than FF12). Its got great music. Warlock, you'll love all the guitar based tunes they have, if anyone knows a site I can get the soundtrack off post here, can't find it via the regular channels. The graphics are great and combat is fun.
You basically live on this world called the Junkyard where its perpetually raining and you are Serph the leader of the Tribe Embryon. All the tribes are at war with one another, with the victor given the right to ascend to nirvana. There is so much hindu influence in this game that its kind of shocking since it is a japanese RPG.
Plus this is my kind of game since you turn into demons when fighting and get to devour your enemies to learn abilities. The demons here are also not the run of the mill horns and batlike wings type but highly unique to this and other SMT's games.
So that's basically it, I've spent the weekend playing Disgaea 2 and DDS. I haven't spoken much about Disgaea 2 because its basically the same as the first one, which is fine by me. There's so much to do, so I'm avoiding the sidequests like the plague and focusing on completing the story so that I can move on to the other games.
As much as I want to max out stuff in Disgaea 2, I'm going to buy another memory card first, I can't handle the trauma of putting in 100+ hours only to have my save lost, which happened with the first game.
Yes, sad I know, this is how I've been spending my time, aside from looking fr new jobs. I've been thinking of expanding my search to Seremban though, at least I'll get to spend time with the siblings before I'm gone for good. We'll see how it goes.
What about the politics? Well, now that the Official Secrets Act is being used against the opposition members who exposed the highly secret toll concessionaire agreements, I've decided that I never want o talk about Malaysian politics or government ever again. I don't eevn care about voting. As we fall further and further on the foreign investment chart, and believe me we are in freefall, crime will go up and there will be racial violence. After all this has been carefully cultivated for 50 years, the only thing stopping it is that people are comfortable with their lifestyles. If nothing changes that lifestyle is going to get eroded and there goes our harmony, stability and tolerance. Sigh. Sigh. Sigh.
At least we still have cheap video games ;D |

| Question on Computer Casings |
So the time has come for me to fully customise my rig. I plan to buy a new casing sometime after Chinese New Year along with a decent RAM upgrade (1-2gB).
I can't quite decide what casing to get. The Cooler Master Stacker is nice but its just too expensive (RM770) and too big to carry to the USA. You guys have any ideas? Post links to the casing site if you have any suggestions.
Question for one of the San Baka: I use DDR RAM running at 400mhz. Can I use this RAM in the future if say I upgrade my PC or buy a new one (e.g. Core 2 Duo/FX2) by just slotting it in? Or are there no motherboards that support both DDR and DDR-2 chips. I ask because this will effect how much RAM I buy now. |

So anyway, before I start you should all know I am a graphics junkie. I do everything from digital painting to photo manipulations to image enhancements and all that jazz. Now, I take pride in what I've managed to teach myself on Photoshop seeing most people my age (and with my interests) only know how to use Hue and Saturation and install fancy brushes/fonts that they stamp all over images.
I recently became part of a manga (manGa Kavi, not manGGa) scanlation group (Hack The Mainstream), and my job in the project is manga editor (to clean, align,level the scans and then insert the new text in speech bubbles & SFX). So anyway, I was working on a few pieces the other day and when I was done, I realized the quality was crappy.
This shit was especially bananas seeing that they were high quality scans, and I only had the problem after resizing.
And as you can imagine, I was all like WTFFFFFFFFF?!!?!?!? especially since I had been working on the damn thing the whole day.
I sent it in anyway, and was provided samples of the finished product only to realize the quality was so much better than mine. That shit was BANANA's man!!
And I continued to fiddle with the leveling (thinking it was the problem) but knew that leveling had nothing to do with it seeing that it only controlled brightness, contrast and tonal adjustments. The problem was the screentones ( the shading techniques used in manga) were posterizing when it was supposed to look like one continous gray tone.
And then, suddenly it hit me.
RESOLUTION!
Can you believe? I was trying to work a 750 px (width) PNG-8 Adaptive (17 colors only, black and white after all) on 302 dpi. WTF???!?!?!? That shit was BANANAS!!
After that I quickly fixed the problem.
And believe it or not, my work was better than the sampling provided, especially on the smily page (below).
I told you I was good. :)
As you can imagine, I felt like smashing my head in because that shit was BASIC bananas that I should have remembered. Actually I did think about it before I began but completely forgot after. Then it was relatively smooth sailing from there.
And then I remembered another magic tool I almost completely forgot.
Thank god for my father's laptop and my magic tablet :).

And before any of you complain its not the latest, why don't you shell out 2000 ringgit for a 6 by 8. So as you can see, when it comes to these graphics stuff I'm extremely obsessive and go crazy over it. And yes, I do like manga (NOT manGGa Kavi), lol. | Time to move on with life |
So I guess it was inevitable, I finished .hack/G.U. Rebirth. (pronouced 'dot hack') It is definately one of my favourite RPGs to date (mind you I loved the first 4 .hack games so I'm biased and a fanboy) Ooooh the cutscenes give me goosebumps, I keep watching them over and over. Can't take waiting till summer for part 2 to come out, I'm thinking of putting myself into suspended animation to make the wait shorter.
Still, I've finished almost every single quest and sidequest in the game except for finding 3 players to complete my list. So instead of playing it over and over, which I found myself doing, I've decided to put my copy to bed and move on to other titles.
Hey Adole, you really should play the whole game, took me about 35 hours, but that's with doing all the sidequests, if you just go for story probably about 20 hrs.
I tried Valkyrie Profile 2 : Silmeria, but to be honest I'm just not feeling the magic. The battles are fun, but I hate the part where you run around the battle field before you fight, I keep having to rotate the camera, and those of you that know me have probably figured out that this causes my stomach to rotate.
I'm tied between Disgaea 2 and Digital Devil Saga. What do you think I should play Adole. I've also got Tales of Legendia, but I heard its crap and that Tales of the Abyss is way better. All this is of course moot once Rogue Galaxy comes out. Seems the shops in Sungai Wang Plaza have stopped selling games, they are getting raided a lot so its a gamble if you want to buy games there, no problems elsewhere though.
I guess I'll focus on finishing Forbidden Siren for now..... |
